    Cooking

    First, divide the chicken breasts into portioned pieces (thickness - about 1.5 cm).

    After each piece, we rub with salt, pepper, seasonings and lightly beat off with a kitchen hammer, after wrapping it with cling film. Then we remove the film.

    Then, the prepared meat must be rolled well in flour and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until light golden brown.

    Let's start preparing the filling. To do this, mix half a serving of grated cheese with herbs, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.

    We spread each fried piece on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and cover the meat with stuffing on top. Add another layer of grated cheese on top.

    We bake the finished pieces under the "fur coat" at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

    It is not necessary to take chicken meat for this dish. Pork will do too. But then it is not necessary to fry it, but immediately put it in the oven.

    And cook for about 35 minutes. You can also add chopped tomatoes and sweet peppers or champignons fried with onions to the filling. And you can, instead of the specified filling, put a piece on each chop canned pineapple, and top with grated cheese and sprinkle with mayonnaise. It will turn out very tasty too.

    1. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt and finely chopped onion.

    Heat the water almost to a boil. Put a container with gelatin and cream in hot water stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Finely chop the dill.

    Mix cheese, dill and cream.

    Cover the form (I have 20x10x10) with cling film so that the edges hang down by 10 cm. Lay out the pieces of fish overlap.

    Spread half of the buttercream filling.

    Lavash thin - half a large one or 3 small round ones

    Cod liver - 1 jar (190 g)

    Chicken fillet - 500 g

    Chicken fillet (it is better to take meat from the thigh, it will be juicier) can be chopped in a meat grinder, but I chopped it finely.

    Cut the peeled onion into small cubes and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Cut the bar across into several pieces of 5 centimeters. Carefully remove the crumb with a sharp knife.

    Mix minced chicken with fried onions, add spices, garlic, salt, mix and stuff the loaf with this mixture.

    Peel mushrooms, cut into thin slices.

    Fry in vegetable + butter until golden brown, add cream, a little salt and stew a little.

    Pour mushroom sauce over stumps.

    Cut the tomato, put it on the mushrooms and pour over the sour cream
