    Exercises using fitball and ice compress

    1. Sit on the fitball. Fold the special rubber band in half and throw it over the right foot with one end, and set your foot aside. Hold the other end of the tape in your right hand. Rest your left elbow on your left knee. On exhalation, the right arm straightens up diagonally. Do 15-20 repetitions with both hands.

    2. Prepare the props: fold the towel in four, place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for an hour. Lie down on an exercise mat. The resulting ice compress should be placed under the lower back (for back pain) or between the shoulder blades (for chest pain). Feet - on the floor or on a fitball. Hands rest on the ears with fists. Gently lift your shoulder blades off the floor. Do push-ups 10-15 times.
