• 4 tips: how to become an organized person?

How to become an organized person? Sounds pretty abstract, right? What characterizes such a person? We are well aware of the “symptoms” and consequences of lack of assembly and disorganization: constant things “lost” at home, a long search for the necessary documents and trifles, eternal delays, forgetting about meetings and agreements ...

And it’s also good if the consequences of disorganization affect only you, and in fact others often suffer from this - those whom you let down. As a result, relationships with people deteriorate, and your reputation gets wet. So how do you become an organized person?

    Becoming Organized: 4 Rules

    Write, don't memorize

Write down everything and always, without relying on memory: appointments, the time of calls to be made, the day when you need to pick up shoes from repair or send a letter. Of course, sometimes it seems to us that our memory is excellent, and remembering (and not writing down) is another opportunity to train it. However, even an ideal memory sometimes fails - a safety net in the form of notes will help to become an organized person. After writing, do not forget to look at your diary or calendar on your mobile phone.

    Keep track of time

Do you think that running into the store is a matter of five minutes? And now notice more precisely - given the choice of products and the possible queue at the checkout: perhaps what seems to take us only 5 minutes, actually takes 15! And there is nothing wrong with that - if you understand exactly how much and what time you spend.

Having dealt with this, there will be less delays: now you will know that you shower not 10 minutes, but 20, you spend 25 on applying makeup and dressing, and you need another 15 for breakfast. If you want to become an organized person, but have never thought about exactly how much time you spend for each stage of gathering or work, it is best to add another 10 minutes on top for each case - it is better to do it earlier than to be late again.

Start keeping track of time: soon you will know up to a minute how much and what is being spent

Let every thing have its place

If you adhere to this principle both at work and at home, then it will take much less time to search for things. Used - return the thing to its place. Before you leave the house, take your makeup from the bathroom to its storage area, make your bed, put the hangers of the clothes you have on back in the closet, hang the bathrobe on a hook (and don’t throw it anywhere), and put your slippers at the door .

Organizing life as a whole will also help to become an organized person: and start, get rid of and - it is attention to detail that will help to become an organized person.

Getting rid of trash will help to become an organized person: leaving only what you really need, it will be much easier to find what you need

It is worth considering where and what you will have to lie, and what is no longer needed at all. Perhaps the process of finding your own corner for each thing and getting rid of trash will take more than one day, but the result is worth it.

    Stop the internal dialogue

Work is worth it, household chores are dead weight, and you ... think. Just sit and sort through old conversations in your memory (“but you could have said this or something like this!”, “Why didn’t I say this?”), Think about why the world is so unfair and not you, but a colleague, have been promoted, since over and over again scroll through situations when you were terribly ashamed and worried: how did you look in the eyes of others at that moment? Or do you think: what would such and such or such and such think if he knew that ...?
